The Mitel 5340e IP Phone (50006478) is a full-featured, applications telephone with superior sound quality and wideband audio as standard.  Suitable for general office use, features include a large graphical display screen, 48 programmable, self-labelling keys and thirteen fixed-function keys that provide convenient one-touch access to commonly used features. The Mitel 5340e IP also has six context-sensitive, backlit softkeys to help users easily navigate through its telephony functions.

The Mitel 5340e IP Phone comes equipped with a wideband audio handset (7 Khz), as well as a full duplex hands-free speakerphone. The phone can be easily customised to reflect the needs of the user, with the ability to add on a Mitel Line Interface Module, which allows analogue connectivity for emergency dialling. The Mitel 5340e IP Phone also supports Bluetooth.

12- and 48-button Mitel Programmable Key Modules, can add up to 96 additional programmable keys to the Mitel 5340e IP, whilst the Mitel MiVoice 5610 IP DECT Stand and Handset offers a low-cost wireless solution.

With the addition of Mitel Live Content Suite, the Mitel 5340e IP Phone can be used as a rich media information appliance with the ability to use Blogger, Flickr and Twitter. When used with Mitel Unified Communicator Express (UCX) or MiCollab Client (formerly Mitel Unified Communicator Advanced), the Mitel 5340e IP Phone canintegrate with the user’s PC. The Mitel 5340e IP accepts standards-based (IEEE 802.3af) power over the LAN via spare pair or signal pair and supports 48 VDC Ethernet / AC power wall adapters. The phone can be powered via a powered switch or by local 48 V Ethernet power.

Additionally, the Mitel 5310 IP Conference Unit provides instant superior quality voice conferencing and for cordless handset and headset options, the Mitel Cordless (DECT) Accessories Module is available.

UK Delivery

We aim for next day delivery. Any order placed before 1.00 pm on any business day (Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays) should be delivered the next business day before 5.30 pm (assuming the item is in stock).

  1. The Customer is required to inspect all goods upon receipt and to notify Office Phone Shop of any defects or complaints within 7 days of receiving goods.
  2. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safe return of faulty or incorrect goods to Office Phone Shop.
  3. All goods returned must clearly state customers name, order no, telephone number, fault details and proof of purchasing. These goods must be in Office Phone Shop’s original packaging and condition, with original insertions, fixtures and parts. Failure to do so will result in the refund being invalidated.
  4. We use tamper proof labels which are stuck to each item sold by Office Phone Shop. This ensures that goods have been purchased from Office Phone Shop. When the label is peeled back Office Phone Shop Company details sticks to the glue and the label will then say void. No goods will be accepted back unless this label in intact.
