On April 7th, 2016 Ericsson employees around the world celebrated 140 years of the company’s operation.

Swedish company, Ericsson is a multinational provider of communications and services.
Founded by Lars Magnus Ericsson in 1876, the company grew from a mechanical engineering shop in a modest 13-square-metre facility to a multinational company employing around 115,000 people, operating in 180 countries and with 39,000 patents. Ericsson is a leading innovator in communications’ technologies, including mobile telephony, Bluetooth, 4G, Internet of Things, and 5G.

In 2008 Ericsson sold its enterprise PBX business to Canadian based, Aastra.

Ericsson now focuses on the operator and service provider area. Aastra is a multinational company providing a broad range of telecoms equipment and service solutions to suit all businesses. It offers solutions for small to medium sized businesses, up to large-scale enterprises requiring call centre capabilities with high definition video communications.

An executive phone with hands free capabilities, as well as call forward and call transfer options. It also has twenty programmable buttons and two line keys, plus a three-line by forty character graphical display screen with LCD. It also has hands free capabilities.

Dialog 4222
An executive telephone that replaces the 3211 and 3212 models. The Dialog 4222 supports Firmware Download, enabling new functions to be downloaded onto this telephone.

Dialog 4223
The 4223 Professional has ten fixed function keys and seven programmable feature keys. In addition, it has a large three-row graphical, tiltable display screen, with four soft keys to navigate through the display, hearing impaired support, headset port and hands free capabilities (including full duplex acoustic echo cancelling). It is suitable for many office environments, including secretaries, supervisors and call centre agents.

Dialog 4425 IP
An executive phone that includes full duplex, hands free capabilities and acoustic echo cancellation, suitable for telephone conference calls and meetings and for executive or supervisory use.
