Atos, an international leader in digital services, announced this month that it has completed the acquisition of Unify from Gores Group and Siemens.

Approved by employee representative bodies, as well as regulatory and antitrust authorities in the European Union, United States, Russia and Brazil, Atos expect the transaction to create a unique integrated proposition for unified communications improving the social collaboration, digital transformation and business performance of its clients.
As of February 1st, 2016, the Atos Service Line, known as Managed Services, will integrate the Services activity of Unify.

Unify provides organisations with communications tools, platforms and media to enable mobile, real-time and collaborative working. Secure cloud solutions allow unification of multiple voice, video and data networks, connected devices and applications into one easy-to-use platform. This allows teams to collaborate securely, effectively and efficiently, anytime, anywhere.
