The Entel DR482 UHF Digital/Analogue Mixed-Mode Repeater is a compact, durable, and versatile UHF repeater that provides a 100% transmit duty cycle. It is engineered for challenging conditions both on land and at sea, merging sturdy construction with continuous-duty capabilities in a compact design.

A significant distinguishing feature of the DR482 is its integrated architecture. This unit includes an internal AC power supply (complete with a rapid charger for external lead-acid battery backup) and an optional internal duplexer, which simplifies installation and eliminates the need for cumbersome external hardware typically associated with compact repeater solutions.

Exceptionally Durable – The development team at Entel understands that durability and reliability are interconnected. Enclosed in a highly compact casing with a minimal thermal footprint, the DR482 is designed to excel in the harshest conditions. It has undergone testing for thermal shock, vibration, impact shock, solar radiation, and ingress. Coupled with Entel’s stringent life-cycle testing program, users can anticipate many years of seamless operation, even in the most challenging environments.

Integrated Power Supply – The repeater comes equipped with a built-in AC Mains power supply that can charge a 12V backup battery.

Built-in Safeguards – The DR482 is safeguarded against antenna faults, overheating, interference signals, and fluctuations in AC mains and DC supply voltage.

Three Installation Options – The DR482 can be installed on a desk, in a 19” rack (where two repeaters can fit side-by-side on a 3U rack tray), or mounted on a wall using the optional wall mounting kit.

User-Friendly Programming – Our distinctive and easy-to-use Windows® application eliminates the need to return a repeater to your dealer for reprogramming or updates. With this user-friendly app, you can effortlessly transfer programming data provided by your Entel dealer, apply software updates, or add new features to your Entel DR482 repeater independently.

Three Power Supply Configurations – The DR482 repeater can operate in three distinct modes:
• AC Mains only
• 12V DC only
• AC Mains with Battery Backup

Optional Internal Duplexer – The DR482 repeater can be provided with either separate Tx and Rx connectors for dual-antenna operation or an external duplexer, or it can come with an internal duplexer for single antenna use.

Mixed Mode Functionality – To accommodate legacy analogue radios, the repeater can be set up to automatically switch between DMR Digital and Analogue modes.

UK Delivery

We aim for next day delivery. Any order placed before 1.00 pm on any business day (Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays) should be delivered the next business day before 5.30 pm (assuming the item is in stock).

  1. The Customer is required to inspect all goods upon receipt and to notify Office Phone Shop of any defects or complaints within 7 days of receiving goods.
  2. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safe return of faulty or incorrect goods to Office Phone Shop.
  3. All goods returned must clearly state customers name, order no, telephone number, fault details and proof of purchasing. These goods must be in Office Phone Shop’s original packaging and condition, with original insertions, fixtures and parts. Failure to do so will result in the refund being invalidated.
  4. We use tamper proof labels which are stuck to each item sold by Office Phone Shop. This ensures that goods have been purchased from Office Phone Shop. When the label is peeled back Office Phone Shop Company details sticks to the glue and the label will then say void. No goods will be accepted back unless this label in intact.
