The Cisco Unified IP Phone 7940G supports Session Initiated Protocol (SIP), Media Gateway Control Protocol (MGCP), as well as the Cisco Unified CallManager Skinny Client Control Protocol (SCCP).

Features of the Cisco CP7940G include two programmable line and feature keys and a high-quality speakerphone. In addition, this model has four dynamic soft keys to guide users through call features and functions and a built-in headset port and integrated Ethernet switch come as standard. The CP7940G IP also includes audio controls for the full-duplex speakerphone, handset, and headset.

The graphic capability of the large, pixel-based LCD display provides information such as date and time, calling party name and number, and digits dialled. In addition, the display allows for the inclusion of such features as Extensible Markup Language (XML) and future features.

The Cisco CP7940G IP is a dynamic business phone, designed to grow according to needs and system capabilities. Software updates to the phone flash memory allow the CP7940G IP phone to keep pace with new changes and offering flexibility, the phone can be moved around without the need to re-programme or re-install.

  1. The Customer is required to inspect all goods upon receipt and to notify Office Phone Shop of any defects or complaints within 7 days of receiving goods.
  2. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safe return of faulty or incorrect goods to Office Phone Shop.
  3. All goods returned must clearly state customers name, order no, telephone number, fault details and proof of purchasing. These goods must be in Office Phone Shop’s original packaging and condition, with original insertions, fixtures and parts. Failure to do so will result in the refund being invalidated.
  4. We use tamper proof labels which are stuck to each item sold by Office Phone Shop. This ensures that goods have been purchased from Office Phone Shop. When the label is peeled back Office Phone Shop Company details sticks to the glue and the label will then say void. No goods will be accepted back unless this label in intact.
