The Cisco IP Phone CP7931G (part number CP-7931G) is a full-featured business phone is ideal for commercial, retail or manufacturing environments and suitable for workers with moderate telephone traffic.

Features include a pixel-based, backlit display and dedicated call handling keys for hold, redial and transfer. In addition to handsfree and speakerphone capabilities, the Cisco CP-7931G includes extensible markup language (XML) services and the choice of Power over Ethernet (PoE) or local power through an adaptor. This allows flexibility to move phones or change existing arrangements, and with regular software upgrade options, the CP-7931G will keep pace with the latest business requirements.

The Cisco CP-7931G business phone is compatible with Cisco Unified CallManager Express Version 4.0(2) and later, using the Skinny Client Control Protocol (SCCP), or Cisco Unified Call Manager 6.0 and later. It is also compatible with the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), starting from Cisco Unified Call Manager 7.0 or later. The phone supports G.711a, G.711u, G.729a, G.729b, and G.729ab audio-compression codecs.

  1. The Customer is required to inspect all goods upon receipt and to notify Office Phone Shop of any defects or complaints within 7 days of receiving goods.
  2. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safe return of faulty or incorrect goods to Office Phone Shop.
  3. All goods returned must clearly state customers name, order no, telephone number, fault details and proof of purchasing. These goods must be in Office Phone Shop’s original packaging and condition, with original insertions, fixtures and parts. Failure to do so will result in the refund being invalidated.
  4. We use tamper proof labels which are stuck to each item sold by Office Phone Shop. This ensures that goods have been purchased from Office Phone Shop. When the label is peeled back Office Phone Shop Company details sticks to the glue and the label will then say void. No goods will be accepted back unless this label in intact.
