The 4-line Cisco CP6941 IP Phone suits businesses that need a simple voice and video communications solution that can support employee productivity. 

The 396 x 162-pixel, white back-lit, monochrome, antiglare LCD screen is easy to read. Other features of the 6941 Unified IP Phone include an integrated 10/100 Ethernet switch for co-location of a PC, full duplex speakerphone and headset port. The 6921 supports video communications through your PC monitor and handset when using the Cisco Unified Video Advantage 2.2 and the VTIII camera.

The Cisco 6941 call features include four tri-colour line keys and four programmable soft keys as well as fixed keys for directory, settings, transfer, conference, hold, and messages. Multiple languages are supported and in addition, there are two colour and handset options available. Network features include Cisco Discovery Protocol and IEEE 802.1 p/q tagging and switching.

The eco-friendly properties of the Cisco 6921 are the Deep-Sleep mode to save around 50% of power usage versus being idle and it is also made from reground and recyclable plastics.

We aim for next day delivery. Any order placed before 1.00 pm on any business day (Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays) should be delivered the next business day before 5.30 pm (assuming the item is in stock).

  1. The Customer is required to inspect all goods upon receipt and to notify Office Phone Shop of any defects or complaints within 7 days of receiving goods.
  2. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safe return of faulty or incorrect goods to Office Phone Shop.
  3. All goods returned must clearly state customers name, order no, telephone number, fault details and proof of purchasing. These goods must be in Office Phone Shop’s original packaging and condition, with original insertions, fixtures and parts. Failure to do so will result in the refund being invalidated.
  4. We use tamper proof labels which are stuck to each item sold by Office Phone Shop. This ensures that goods have been purchased from Office Phone Shop. When the label is peeled back Office Phone Shop Company details sticks to the glue and the label will then say void. No goods will be accepted back unless this label in intact.
