Description

The Cisco Wireless 8821 IP Phone is a lightweight and resilient handset for mobile on-site users for example, healthcare, engineering, retail, hospitality and oil rig workers. 

It is IP67 rated and protected against dust, splash and water. The device is also shock resistant and resilient if dropped.

The hi-res 240×320 pixel (6cm / 2.4inch) colour screen is similar to other 8800 desk phones. It allows for secure roaming across site and Bluetooth support for many third party wireless headsets – allowing complete flexibility in voice communications. Wired headsets are also compatible.

The 8821 supports Cisco and third-party XML applications such as push-to-talk and Lone Worker. The battery life has a minimum of 13 hours of talk time

Other features include six line appearances with separate ringtones, automatic keypad lock, call forward, call waiting, directories, 4 network profiles, automatic answer and detection of headset, and voicemail.

  1. The Customer is required to inspect all goods upon receipt and to notify Office Phone Shop of any defects or complaints within 7 days of receiving goods.
  2. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safe return of faulty or incorrect goods to Office Phone Shop.
  3. All goods returned must clearly state customers name, order no, telephone number, fault details and proof of purchasing. These goods must be in Office Phone Shop’s original packaging and condition, with original insertions, fixtures and parts. Failure to do so will result in the refund being invalidated.
  4. We use tamper proof labels which are stuck to each item sold by Office Phone Shop. This ensures that goods have been purchased from Office Phone Shop. When the label is peeled back Office Phone Shop Company details sticks to the glue and the label will then say void. No goods will be accepted back unless this label in intact.
